BMS Hope, LLCÂ Online Course Agreement
This Online Course Agreement ("Agreement") describes the terms under which you are granted access to the Hope for Burning Mouth Course (the "Course"). By registering for or participating in the Course, you agree to the terms below. Our goal is to be clear, transparent, and supportive while also outlining the necessary legal boundaries.
Nature of the Relationship
The Hope for Burning Mouth Course is designed to provide education, information, and support. It is not intended to replace personalized advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
Because everyone’s health situation is unique, the information shared in the Course should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition, prescribe medications, or replace care from your healthcare provider. We encourage you to consult with your physician or other healthcare professional before starting any medication, supplement (including nutritional, herbal, or homeopathic products), or treatment approach.
If you have, or believe you may have, a medical concern, please contact your healthcare provider promptly. Please do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information you learned in this Course.
Participation in this Course, or the purchase or use of any products or services through the Susan Sklar, MD website, does not create a doctor‑patient relationship.
Statements regarding dietary supplements available on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your decision to enroll in the Course. At the same time, meaningful results depend on active participation and effort. For this reason, BMS Hope, LLC offers a Refund Policy HERE.
If a refund is issued, your license to access and use the Course materials will end. At that time, you agree to stop using the materials and delete or destroy all copies, including videos, audio recordings, worksheets, templates, slides, membership areas, private groups, and other Course resources.
Payment Plan Authorization
If you choose a payment plan, you authorize BMS Hope, LLC to charge your credit or debit card automatically according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.
The same refund policy described above applies to payment‑plan purchases. A refund request must be submitted within the applicable refund period and must meet the same participation requirements. Once a refund is approved, any remaining access to Course materials will end.
